About João
I like to teach using a ladder method, that is: first we start with the basics and successively increase the level of difficulty. The level only increases after key concepts and methodologies are well internalized. Repetition is important, but I believe in an intelligent study, where we approach problems that encompass a large part of the subject and make it possible, later, to solve more complex problems.

My approach to the matter is mainly practical. It consists of solving exercises where theoretical concepts are applied. a theoretical introduction to the problem is given followed by a step-by-step and well-structured solution. These classes are intended for Engineering students and the subject covered is Fluid Mechanics. Both exercises and theoretical concepts are taught based on a book dedicated to Fluid Mechanics.
