About RJ
I have earned a BA English degree, Master and Doctor of Divinity degree. I am a previous private school administrator, retired and now working part-time as a Literacy Services Director at a community college. I am also a writer and published author of two (2) books.

One-on-one tutoring sessions that establish what the student wants to accomplish and the timeline for meeting specific goals. It is much more interesting to first use material that a student finds interesting, such as hobbies or talents.
I use lesson plans that I design specifically for each student. All sessions are active with the student and tutor participating.
My undergrad BA English degree, previous tutor for elementary students and current position as a literacy program director as provided me with decades of experience in helping others see and realize their potential.
