About Calynd
I am currently a Middle School Learning Specialist with over nine year of teaching experience. I receive my undergraduate degree at Towson University, and my master's degree in Reading Comprehension at Loyola University.
I enjoy cooking, reading, being outdoors and spending time with my dog.

The first few sessions will be utilized to gather data from assessments such as:
- Participant Interest Survey
- Qualitative Reading Inventory (QRI)
- Spelling Inventory
- Sight Word Identifier
- Writing Sample
Based on results of informal testing, an individualized intervention plan will be implemented to help the participant increase their literacy skills in reading and writing. Sessions will be based upon improving these specific skills.
