About Benjamin
I currently teach Anatomy and Biology full-time at Gwinnett Technical College. I am a certified high school Earth Systems Science, Biology, and Ecology teacher, as that’s what I did before. I have a master's degree in biology and studied tree physiology. I will cater the lessons to the individual and their interests!

My main strength as an educator is in breaking down complex topics and concepts into more manageable chunks, and then piecing these chunks together in order to create a big picture understanding for the student. Once a student obtains this big picture framework, they can then more easily learn supporting information that fits within that framework.
I was a psychology major as an undergraduate, so I understand how we learn pretty well. I have dealt with learning disabilities myself throughout my own education, so navigating academia with those obstacles has been invaluable in better understanding how not only those with ADHD learn best, but how we all can better obtain new information and understanding.
