About Amena
I am a 22-year old Micribiology student at the University of Leeds. The reason I want to teach is I understand the school system isn't suited to everyone and it isn't easy for everyone. I want to make my lessons fun and interactive to help out those who do not understand what is going on and to also be able to engage those students within their subjects. Furthermore, I enjoy talking to students about their career paths and interests/ and helping them understand what is needed to reach their goals. I believe a supportive tutor can make all the difference in a students lives.

- My lessons are adapted to the learning style of the student/ i.e I willtake into consideration if the student is a more visual learner for example.
- A session will be from 30 mins to an hour typically
- I have A's and A*s in all the GCSE subjects I offer
- I have a deep understanding of Biology up to A-level as well since I currently study Microbiology at University.
-I am 22 years old and I have eight siblings most of which are younger than me, so I have plenty tutoring experience. I feel my age makes it easier for me to relate to my tutees!
-My lessons would suit anyone in year 7-year 11 in maths, biology and chemistry and A-level biology students as well.
