About Dawson
I am a current student and I know how hard History and relating topics can be because it is a lot of memorization and repetition. History is a subject that needs to be taught so that the terrible side cannot be repeated. I have tutored before and I have helped kids regain their trust in the subject, history shouldn’t be a dreadful subject, it is a fun and interesting topic that shows how our society has progressed in what is today.

I’m a history nerd, I’ve taken AP Government, US History, and Human Geography. I’ve always been interested in discovering new facts about history whether it’s American, European, African or etc… I’m also a huge American government fan and have paged at my state capital multiple times, and I put on Voter Registration drives at my local high school. I participate in mock governments for the YMCA. History has always interested me and that will never change!
