About Kinley
I am currently in Nursing School in College! I enjoy meeting new people, being outside, and reading any chance I get. I enjoy helping people and reaching full potential in whatever area that is for someone. I believe that everyone has strengths and weaknesses, and I want to help identify those for students! School can be hard for some, and I believe it is important for everyone to have someone walking alongside them to help! I am very outgoing, friendly, and I love having a fun time with others!

I like to use pictures, diagrams, and physical tools to help teach content. I also like to encourage students to independently work through problems, then step in and show a possible helping tool where they need it. I like to try and simplify the work based on the student's approach. I am tending towards elementary to high school kids. I used to struggle in high school, so I am patient, understanding, and while I know grades are important, I believe that they do not define you as a person!
