About Eve
I am currently a third-year General Engineering student at the University of Sheffield, specialising in Civil Engineering, with A-level grades of A in both Physics and Maths. As an outgoing, confident, and personable tutor, I am deeply passionate about encouraging all students, especially young women, to pursue Physics, firmly believing that confidence begins when someone genuinely believes in your potential. My extensive outreach work as a University Student Ambassador has given me hands-on experience engaging GCSE and A-level students, which I further built upon through targeted, one-to-one Physics tutoring within a local high school and sixth form.

My tutoring is fully tailored to each student's unique learning style, focusing on building a solid grasp of the fundamentals before scaling up to advanced concepts.
Once the core material is locked in, we jump to past-paper questions. Learning how to navigate examiner mark schemes and master exam technique is what transforms boosts grades.
Crucially, I aim to create a supportive, zero judgement environment in which everyone feels able to make mistakes and ask questions - no matter how 'silly'!
I have a year of GCSE and A-Level Physics experience with extremely positive feedback and all of my students meeting or exceeding their target grade. My lessons are typically an hour to maximise engagement however, I am happy to be flexible to your routine.
