About Cory
My name is Cory, I am a 18 year old student who loves computing and maths. I wish to be a tutor as I have personally felt the struggle of not understanding topics and struggling to find a way to get the information across to people. Schools have a prevalent issue; they tell you what but not why. For example, what the quadratic formula is, but now how or why it works. These concepts are what makes a good mathematician.

My approach will be similar to how I have learnt and how I feel is the most effective way which is learning the topic and doing practice until this is nailed in to your long term memory. Yes it may seem a bit lengthy and boring but there are little ways to make it fun with interesting challenges and math games such as connect four with math questions etc.
