About Sarah Nicole
Mother of one beautiful active 1 year old and I’m looking to do more private classes than kitchen work right now. I have previously worked in restaurants at all levels of work, but my passion has always been cooking and baking. I decided to finally get my credentials and go to Culinary school last year. After completing my courses, I had my son, and now I’m ready to get back to doing what I love whilst supporting my family.

I am a VERY hands on teacher, but have no problems with verbally explaining things. I will give you all of the one on one help you could need! During our lessons, I normally say to book 2-3 hours to get the most out of your lesson. This will give up the ability to learn new skills AND apply them to a dish that you can eat or take home! If you are just having issues with a certain skill, I can help you with specific things too. Please let me know if there are things you want to know during your lesson, I will share it all with you!
