About Cedric

I am a Culinary Arts Graduate from the New School of Cooking, and I have been cooking in kitchens and recreationally for almost 10 years. I have been teaching students of all ages for 2 years now and I just really love to share what I know and inspire the next generation of chefs!

About the lesson

Going through Culinary School has exposed me to a wide range of cuisines and techniques that I look forward to passing along to anyone who is interested. Regardless if you want to become a chef, or just want to learn a little more about cooking, my classes will offer something for everyone of all skill levels. I prefer to use hands on and practical teaching methods during my classes, supplemented with informational lectures and handouts.
