About Amy

Besides my masters and bachelor of arts degrees, I have lots of experience teaching writing to many types of people. Having worked within the New Brunswick schooling system as a substitute for several years, as well as a teaching assistant for Dalhousie University, I am very qualified to coach you through any troubles you might have with writing and help you to actually enjoy the process by being patient and helpful.

About the lesson

I am able to coach students through their writing by providing help with drafting, editing, grammar, and other writing mechanics such as the proper formatting of references. I have a strong background in academic writing at a masters level but can assist students at any age, as I also have experience teaching elementary, middle and high school students while working as a substitute teacher. I have achieved very high reviews as a teaching assistant for a writing course because I am conscientious, friendly, and approachable.
