Hi, I’m Molly! My tutoring approach is encouraging, practical, and personalized. I begin by identifying each learner’s goals, strengths, and challenges, then break skills into clear, manageable steps. I use modeling, guided practice, targeted feedback, and independent application so students understand both what to do and why it works.
A typical lesson includes a brief check-in, review of previous learning, focused instruction, guided practice, and a clear next step. For writing and resumes, we may brainstorm, organize ideas, revise language, and edit together. For reading and English, we focus on comprehension, vocabulary, grammar, fluency, and confidence.
What sets me apart is my background as a credentialed teacher, education leader, and former speech pathology student. I combine strong instructional knowledge with real-world writing and hiring insights.
Lessons are available for elementary through college students, adult learners, and professionals seeking support with reading, English, essays, professional writing, or resumes.
