About Babalwa
I am a young creative with a passion for helping others develop empathy through the exchange of personal narratives. I am a creative writer, poet, and a seamstress. I have been writing and performing poetry on different stages across the United States for over five years. I obtained my Liberal Arts Bachelor’s degrees from Sarah Lawrence College. I love mindfulness and wellness. I have been practicing Yoga since I was 13 years old. More than anything, I find joy in providing tools and knowledge to students in order for them to pave and explore their creativity.
