About Zuzanna

I am an amiable and passionate first year student of Language and Culture with Spanish an French at University College London (UCL). I have been a huge language enthusiast ever since I can remember. A few years ago I discovered that apart from learning languages myself, I truly enjoy sharing my knowledge with others. Throughout three years of my experience in tutoring I have managed to develop my proper style of teaching which proved to be successful given a significant progress of all my students.

My fluency in Spanish comes from the fact I took part in student exchange programme with Spain many times, which is why I can call Spain my second home. Given experience provided me with an opportunity to learn the language by contact with its native speakers. Also, it is a major language of my programme at university along with French.

University :
- University College London - BA Language and Culture [currently studying ]

Prizes and Scholarships :
I am the holder of three High School merit-based scholarships.

Other Qualifications :
3 years of experience in freelance translation in the following language pairs: Polish-English, English-Polish, Spanish-English, English-Spanish, Polish-Spanish, Spanish-Polish (websites I took advantage of: LinkedIn, Fiverr, e-korepetycje, upwork). Also, I worked for Ruben Verdu Watches.

Part-time job as a Polish-Spanish interpreter at Dream Team Anna Kawalec Gorczynska.

Before attending Zuzanna's classes I was certain that a couple of months of learning a language from scratch is not enough to start speaking it. Also, as an English - language speaker, Spanish grammar seemed confusing and difficult to understand. Zuzanna, however, made me realise that I was entirely wrong. Thanks to attending her classes, it took me 5 months to acquire enough language skills to start speaking Spanish. Owing to her creative methods of teaching I finally understood Spanish grammar and realised it is not as difficult as it seems. Her patience, never-ending optimism, smile and constant support have been motivating me throughout the whole process of learning Spanish. I strongly recommend her as a tutor!
