I am a CPA, MBA doing my PhD My philosophy of teaching emphasizes critical thinking, innovation, and growth rather than mere knowledge. Through my innovative adaptive teaching technique, I can enable students to overcome the challenges in their lives and contribute to society. My ultimate aim is to ensure that the fruits of education benefit not only individuals but also their respective societies.
Instead of being rooted in traditional, rigid pedagogical approaches, the focus is on limitless education. As such, lessons are made relevant to today’s multifaceted society to prepare learners for the challenges they face outside of the classroom.
In this philosophy, the development of oneself and the students go hand-in-hand. Through giving constructive criticism, the teacher helps learners see how far they have come. At the same time, the teacher strives to improve their techniques in accordance with today’s and tomorrow’s challenges.
