About Paolo

**Where Languages, Business, and Intercultural Strategy Meet**

I am a multilingual educator and international business professional with a strong academic background and over fifteen years of executive experience working across **Europe and Asia**.

I hold a **Bachelor’s degree in Japanese and Chinese**, and my professional career has been shaped by long-term involvement in **commercial consulting and internationalization projects** for companies and investors operating between Western and Asian markets. This direct exposure to real business environments allows me to bring **practical relevance and strategic clarity** into every lesson I teach.

For more than **ten years**, I have been working as a **university lecturer in International Business Strategy**, teaching in English within international Master’s programs at two Italian universities. My academic experience has strengthened my ability to explain **economics, strategy, and internationalization processes** in a clear, structured, and accessible way to students from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.

Alongside academia, I currently teach at a **Business Academy for entrepreneurs and professionals in Milan**, the New Institute of International Business.
