About Anjali
I am a Lawyer by profession but had always been a cook at heart. Cooking is my first love and my passion. Had been cooking since the time I was 10 I have mastered Indian cuisine apart from that I love Italian and Chinese.

My approach is to make students know about the nutrition value of the ingredients that go into their food the reason to have a particular dish in a particular season so that the students find it interesting and do it out of love . Because cooking is not a mind game you need to put your heart in it and feel happy about it. Along with that I teach students about the small tricks and safety measures that they need to keep in mind while cooking because that is equally important.
