About Opal
I was an English teacher for 5 years who loves cooking. I've been cooking for myself and family, daily - big occasions, for as long as I remember. I just love cooking :) so I thought why not combine what I love with what I'm good at. Here I am doing what I have always wanted to do. I love working on new ingredients and that makes me love cooking even more. I cook Thai food, Asian twist, Western, and a bit of this and that. All in all, I cook and munch what I like.

We'll cooking together to create your favourite Thai dish with authentic taste in an hour (+/- depending on the dish you select), starting from preparing ingredients until you get your finished product.
Ingredients and instructions will be given before hand (we will prepare some together too). We'll just enjoy our cooking hour together with lots of tips and techniques that make you a Thai cook at home :)
