I teach English using local, global and international news.

Would you like to improve your current affairs knowledge and sound smart and witty when discussing global issues?

Are you a native or non-native speaker wanting to gain more confidence in your speaking and listening skills and overall general knowledge on current, global and social affairs?

Would you like to learn new vocabulary in a smart and fun way?

By the end of the month you will be able to converse on a variety of topics in the news, from politics, ethics, and philosophy, to social affairs and everyday topical conversation to impress your friends, colleagues and family.

Speaking regularly will help you to retain vital knowledge and information on current affairs and everyday subjects.

I also offer bespoke elocution lessons, and I can prepare bespoke topics on whatever you would like to discuss.

Furthermore, I train people on presentation skills and public speaking, giving specialist training on the following:

Intonation, pace and rhythm
Received pronunciation (RP)
Reading skills

Last, but certainly not least, I also provide good, old fashioned dictation lessons. I read, you write, I correct. These types of lessons help with your memory, spelling, writing, grammar and listening. Also a good course for people who have dyslexia.

My rates are reasonable and I'm prepared to continue to negotiate.

All lessons are done on Skype or Microsoft Teams.
