About Elizabeth
I studied Spanish for 6 years (beginning in high school) and medical Spanish for 4 years in college. I married into a Spanish-speaking family and live with a Spanish teacher! Spanish is the primary language spoken in my home and I spend every day immersed in the language and culture. I have two beautifully bilingual daughters and enjoy building literacy skills with them by reading storybooks with them in Spanish as well. I have a Master’s Degree and often translate instructional materials, communications, and phone calls for the school district where I work.
