About Mia

I trained contemporary dance and ballet in South Korea and the UK. Graduated from Northern School of Contemporary Dance and University of Kent. Was part of Verve Dance Company in 2019. Have knowledge of body alignment and muscle relaxation from yoga and Pilates training. I can help your pain in your body from low quality of sleep or long-lasting posture of your body from work.

Dance is helping to express how you feel and to feel your feeling of achievement.
You can see the change you’ve made by yourself from the time you spent and actual posture or vibe of yourself in the mirror.
Let’s feel your dance in your favourite music with your own movement and rhythm.
