About Layla
I’m Layla and I would love to tutor English because of just how passionate I am about it. As an avid reader, I have always enjoyed literature, and this has lead me to hone my skills as a student of English. My love for English is also paired with my passion for sharing my knowledge. My friends would definitely describe me as a people-person! I am optimistic, self-assured and always in a good mood, so I’m certain I will be able to maintain the high spirits of my tutee while we tackle our work.

My lessons are for anyone aged eleven and under, as I am sixteen. I excel at English as a student, and am able to proficiently teach creative writing, spelling, grammar and preparation for the 11+. A typical lesson would be half an hour to an hour long, and would cost £10 per hour. I have previous experience in tutoring a twelve year old in English and two thirteen year olds in Spanish over the past year. My lessons are for any level in primary school, and I can assist with both school assignments as well as any external work.
