About Ryan
I’m passionate about helping young people build confidence, communication skills, and self-belief. I’ve worked as a football coach, outdoor activity instructor, camp counsellor in the USA, and Arctic Ranger in Lapland, experiences that taught me how to encourage, challenge, and support others. I love creating fun, practical lessons that help students step outside their comfort zone, grow at their own pace, and discover their strengths in a safe and positive environment. Teaching is a way for me to share my experience and inspire others.

My confidence coaching sessions are designed to help young people become more comfortable communicating, trying new things, and believing in themselves. With several years of experience working with children and teenagers through coaching, outdoor education, and summer camps, I create supportive sessions that focus on small wins, positive encouragement, and real progress over time.
