About Clara
I have been working with custom confectionery since 2017. I have already specialized in confectionery and bakery. I lived in the United States for 3 years and there I was able to learn and practice various recipes that are now part of my menu and that are very successful. I want to teach you some secrets that books and websites often don't show us. Your breakfast table and afternoon snack will never be the same.

My way of teaching is based on giving the student the details that make the difference in the final product, why can one carrot cake be good while the other is not? Why does each cookie come out of a shape and not that round and beautiful to make your mouth water? My goal is to teach you to have a standard in appearance and consistency in the quality of the final product, how to select the raw material, tricks that give that extra golden, ideal humidity and balanced flavor.
