About Éabha

I am from Ovens, Co. Cork. I am a 5th year student in Gaelcoláiste Choilm, Ballincollig.

I’ve been learning the whistle since the age of 7 and concertina since I was eight years old. I think the younger you start the better!
I have 5 all Ireland medals between concertina and Tin whistle. I have also been recognised at the fleadh for my composition Port na hUamhanna.
In Bonn Oir Seán O Riada 2021, I was a finalist in the reeds competition and in 2023, a finalist in the Flute & Whistle competition, playing the whistle.

About the lesson

I love teaching students, and introducing them to a lifelong connection to music. I will suit the lesson to the learners needs, whether they would prefer to learn with notes or by ear. These lessons would be suited for beginner/intermediate players preferable between an age of 6-18. The length of a lesson can be decided based on what the student would prefer.
