About Joshua
I am Joshua Meyers, an aspiring professional violinist who has been teaching and studying violin for most of my life. I was born into a family where my mom plays violin and my dad has played viola, meaning naturally me and my two siblings would play as well. I picked up a violin at a very young age and haven’t put it down since, playing every day and continuing to improve myself.

I have been studying violin from my mom and her students for the past 8 years of my life. My mom is the concert master of the local orchestra and opera in my city, also a full professor teaching at the local university. I have been practicing violin every day since I can remember and have been teaching at my school to other students as well.
