About Ms Lindsay

I'm Lindsay, a Pedagogist from PUC-Rio with a degree in Digital Literacy and Educational Technologies from the Federal University of Ceará. I have over 3 years of experience as an Educational Computing monitor, having worked in large schools in Rio de Janeiro. I started working with children aged 6 to 11, until the COVID-19 pandemic came along and everything changed.
With the quarantine in 2020, I became essential. Not only was I in charge of educational technology classes and Moodle corrections, but I also advised the teaching staff. In 2021, in the hybrid model, I also started to advise the pedagogical management and families.
I left the Technology field for a while to follow my passion and dream of becoming a bilingual early childhood educator. But the dream of working in IT was always there too, and here we are!
My passion for this field began long before I finished elementary school. Ever since I was 10 years old, when I got my first PC, I was curious about computer hardware and software. I earned money by servicing my classmates' PCs, as well as assembling PCs, and through this I developed my computer skills.

About the lesson

All classes are online, synchronously or asynchronously, and I guide you step by step at your own pace. I am your oracle, but the protagonist of the entire process is you!
Patience and persistence are key to my approach, whether you're starting from scratch or just need some quick help.
I was with several students who were afraid of doing something stupid and making the internet disappear...
But relax, with me you will NOT delete the internet!
