About Apola
Hi! My name is Apola, and I’m a Computer Science student with 2 years of tutoring experience. I’ve worked with 5 students in math, coding (Python & Java), chemistry, and physics, helping them build strong understanding and improve their grades through clear explanations and consistent practice.
I’m also a high-achieving student and Dean’s List recipient, and I work as software developer and data scientist. This allows me to bring real-world examples into my lessons, especially in programming and STEM subjects.
My tutoring style is patient, structured, and adapted to each student’s needs. I focus on making difficult concepts simple and helping students gain confidence over time.
I work with middle to high school students, as well as first-year university students needing support in math, science, or programming fundamentals

I focus on establishing a solid understanding of core concepts and building upon them. Lessons would consist of breaking down complex concepts, using real world examples and practicing problems to reinforce learning, pushing students to think critically and explain their logic, and finally boosting confidence in their abilities and skills.
My lessons are suitable for:
- Middle and high school students
- Students seeking support in mathematics, computer science, and physics
- Students who need help with homework, exam preparation, assignments, or building stronger study habits
