About Jeslyn
I am a second-year student at the University of British Columbia studying computer science! Although it was never my dream area of study, I have grown to love it over time, and have found my passion in learning code. Therefore as someone who went from disliking to liking computer science, I am confident that I can start you off on the right foot! (or introduce you to the joys of code :D)

I will conduct a hands-on learning style where students can experience the immerse themselves in the possibilities code has to offer. A typical lesson plan will look something like the following:
- Introduce a new idea
- Look at and explore that idea
- follow a walk-through example
- work with guided practices
- review and expand
The pace of the lesson will be heavily customized to the individual student, and any measures can be taken to ensure a comfortable and satisfactory learning experience.
These lessons are targeted for beginner coders who are just getting into code for the first time. I want to make that experience great for you!
