About Anthony
I am a computer science student at Florida International University. I have some formal teaching experience with students below the 5th grade level. I taught math but was also trained to assist in teaching science. I was able to reach a 1320 on my SAT and I have tutored for the SAT as well.

I base my classes on one thing and one thing only, and that is the students' understanding of the material. Learning is not about memorizing formulas and thoughtlessly putting numbers through them, learning is about figuring stuff out when you don't know the answer right away, learning is your ability to understand the concepts that are being taught and NOT your ability to regurgitate information.
