About Janya
Hi, I’m a computer science graduate in Singapore with a strong passion for teaching and helping students build confidence in Math, Physics, and ICT.
I started tutoring because I genuinely enjoy breaking down complex ideas into simple, understandable steps and seeing students go from confusion to clarity. During my time as a Teaching Assistant and private tutor over the past 3+ years, I’ve worked with students from different academic levels and learning styles, which has helped me become more patient, adaptable, and focused on individual needs.
I believe every student can improve with the right guidance and approach. My goal is not just to help students score better, but to help them develop a deeper understanding of the subject so they can become more independent learners.
I take my role seriously and always aim to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making progress at their own pace.
