About Sahithi

I am an honest, sincere, empathizing individual, a continuous learner, who values everyone's time and efforts.

I am very passionate about education and teaching and took up the role of Teaching Assistant at both IIIT and Penn State for multiple courses for 2+ years.

Academic Background
I secured 95% in my 10th Board and cracked top engineering entrance exams in flying colors. I cleared entrance for several Tier-1 universities in India to pursue Bachelors such as IITs, NITs, IIIT and BITs - my strength being Mathematics and physics.
I pursued Bachelors in Computer Science (Hons.) from IIIT Hyderabad.
Later, I pursued Masters in Computer Science from Pennsylvania State University with a full scholarship.

Professional Background
I served as Research Assistant in Computer Architecture lab for 1.5 years at Penn State.
I worked as a Software Engineer at Microsoft, Redmond, US for 2 years and then at a Startup in Hyderabad India.

Besides my keen resolve in academic and professional life, I also volunteered for multiple organizations which helped me build empathy, resilience, adaptability and added interesting experiences to my life which I would love to share if interested. I practice yoga and conscious living too which helps me maintain smooth relationships with everyone.

My classes will not only help you solve a problem from the text book but also get in-depth knowledge and understanding of the concepts and their applications.
The class will be unique in that we will challenge ourselves with a problem, try to solve it with the previously learnt concepts and in the process learn newer concepts which can also help us solve our text-book or school problems.
Thus the teaching will be quite application oriented such that one does not have to struggle to memorize it but instead play with the challenges.
