About Julia
I am a 3rd year student studying computer science and physics at the University of Edinburgh. I am passionate about my subjects, especially mathematics, which my subjects are heavily based on. In my spare time I like to program and further my mathematics knowledge. Currently I'm programming a physics engine in C++. I would love to pass on my knowledge to other students!
I have achieved A*, A*, A* in A-level mathematics, physics, chemistry and an A in AS further mathematics. I have also achieved a 9 in GCSE mathematics and A* in GCSE science and further mathematics. I am on track to receive a first in my degree.

I think it's important to understand the key concepts in mathematics instead of memorization. I will help you figure out tricky problems by first pointing you in the right direction to get to the solution. Also, I will explain where key concepts come from. This means you will be able to wizz through problems by yourself in the future. But the most important is practice! We can go through questions and work through them using methods that suit you best.
