About Benjamin
I am a multi-faceted individual with a wide variety of interests that I pursue with determination and curiosity.
With Computer Science and Philosophy as my joint major, logical problem solving has become both an academic interest and a hobby. It rewards lateral thinking, an ability I pride myself on, and the practical potential of computers contrasted with philosophical consideration excites my passion for abstract reasoning and problem-solving. I am passionate about using what I have learnt to promote development and community and spend time considering how to use them to do such.
I am a creative individual and especially enjoy using music as an outlet for my creativity. I dabble with instruments, such as piano and ukulele, learning pieces, fooling around and, if the inspiration strikes, writing as well.
I believe in holding myself to a high standard and continual self-improvement, so I ensure that I stay fit and exercise frequently. I love both working out individually and taking part in team sports. In addition, I meditate and am an avid reader.

My lessons range from 30-60 minutes and involve enhancing of the fundamentals of problem solving. In addition to fortifying a subjects' principles and content, I teach in a manner which coaches the application of effective problem solving methods, no matter the problem.
I'll ask you to send me a brief summary of what you want to work on at least 24 hours before the lesson. This can include questions you cannot solve, want to walk through, or of which you would like a better understanding.
Previously, I have taught primary school, high school, and university students in a variety of fields.
