About Sher Dil

Hello, I’m Sher Dil Khan. I am a tutor who believes that learning becomes powerful when it is clear, practical, and encouraging. With over 12 years of professional experience in IT and technology, and a background in teaching Computer Science, Mathematics, and Physics, I understand both how knowledge works in theory and how it is applied in the real world. I want to teach because I have seen how the right guidance at the right time can completely change a student’s confidence. Many students think a subject is “too hard” simply because it hasn’t been explained in the right way yet. My goal is to change that belief. I break complex ideas into simple steps, move at your pace, and make sure you truly understand — not just memorise. I don’t just teach subjects; I teach problem-solving, logical thinking, and self-belief. Whether you are preparing for exams, building foundations, or aiming for a future career, I will support you patiently and consistently, until learning feels achievable and rewarding. About the lesson

I have experience delivering structured training and one-to-one tutoring in Computer Science, IT fundamentals, networking, and systems support, tailored to learners of different ages and ability levels. Alongside my 12+ years of professional IT experience in the UK, I have taught Computer Science, Mathematics, and Physics, focusing on clear explanations, practical examples, and confidence-building. I regularly trained and mentored technical staff in areas such as hardware/software configuration, networking concepts, data security, and operational best practices, ensuring learners could apply knowledge in real-world scenarios. My tutoring approach is patient, methodical, and learner-centred, breaking down complex topics into simple steps and adapting teaching styles to individual needs. I am comfortable supporting students with exam preparation, coursework, foundational IT skills, and practical problem-solving, both in person and online, with a strong emphasis on understanding rather than memorisation.
