About Jess
I study Bioinformatics and Theoretical Systems Biology at Imperial College London, which requires a combination of biological, mathematical and computational skills.
Prior to this I worked as a research scientist for one year at a Cambridge-based biotech company. I also hold an undergraduate degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Bath, from which I graduated top of my cohort. My A-Levels include Maths, Biology and Chemistry.
I am an incoming PhD student at the University of Oxford.

I am enthusastic about science and I enjoy helping others become interested in it and achieve well. I am happy to teach sciences and/or maths at GCSE/A-level. As a student, I have a very flexible timetable and can offer weekly meetings. I can tutor in person (I am based in NW London), or online. I am a very approachable tutor and I like to make science as accessible as possible! I am also more than happy to offer guidance and mock interviews for University/college applications.
