Composer & Music Producer - teaching Music Theory Grades 1 - 5 (ABRSM Grade 5 Verified Tutor)

Heath taught me music production to help get me started. A super nice guy who is very willing to work with students on their journey and has extensive knowledge to help facilitate all kinds of learning. I would recommend him to anyone looking to start their music production journey.

I worked with Heath during my university studies for music production and composition. He was very knowledgeable with Logic Pro and always patient when explaining things. His teaching style is clear, supportive, and focused on building confidence, which made learning much easier for me. I recommend Heath because he is reliable, approachable, and genuinely committed to helping his students progress. He is definitely a trustworthy tutor that Superprof members can feel confident learning from.

Heath is the sort of tutor that you don't really expect to find online and I am not really the sort of person to leave reviews but in this case it's defo granted. We have worked both remotely and in his comfortable studio - where he managed to quickly figure out the gaps I had in both musical theory and software practicalities but at the same time we spoke a lot about music, musicology and the kinds of sound that I was interested in. As a result I feel much more comfortable with my process and I am clearly making better music with way more thought and consideration than before I got his help. really would recommend this dude to anyone to wants to improve but also understand what they are doing and why they are doing it in the studio.

Heath is a patient and excellent tutor. I thoroughly enjoyed my lessons with him learning to DJ a mix of styles !

I highly recommend Heath as a tutor for both music production and DJ’ing. He is not only knowledgeable and skilled, but also patient, approachable, and great at breaking down complex concepts into clear, practical steps. I wanted to learn in as hands-on of a way as possible and Heath made the process engaging and encouraged experimentation. His lessons are tailored to individual goals, and he provides constructive feedback that helps you progress quickly. If you’re looking to learn from someone who is both passionate about music and genuinely invested in their students’ growth, Heath is an excellent choice.
