About Gladys
I foster a positive learning environment by shifting the focus from failure to growth and learning. Help students understand that improvement comes with effort and persistence, guiding them away from a fixed mindset of “I can’t” toward one of “I can learn.” Actively listen to students’ concerns and perspectives, showing empathy and respect to help them feel supported, valued, and confident to ask questions.
