About Marren
I have nearly 20 years of piano-playing experience and 3 years teaching experience. I use my piano background, which includes instruction from Brigham Young University, to help pupils grow in their own music journey. I also play in local volunteer positions and as an accompanist and help my students find opportunities to serve their communities with music.

I teach beginning and intermediate students. My lessons are structured with new material, music theory, technique, and work on a piece of a student's choice. We also touch on music appreciation and classical music history. My students feel comfortable experimenting in my studio and I make sure they know mistakes are inevitable in the learning process. Overall, my teaching methodology allows my students to explore music more and improve more rapidly.
