About Allison
I have my Masters in Business Leadership and ABD in Organizational Leadership. I worked at a community college as an administrator in Student Development and Campus Activities where I was in charge of the student leaders and their training and development. I provided leadership training to both student and campus leaders for 19 years.

My teaching methods includes lectures with group activities, team builders, leadership and personality assessments. Group participation is a large part of my teaching style and preference. It creates a great learning environment and keeps the students engaged and a successful course.
