About Grace
I am a senior therapist in the NHS and a clinical tutor at UCL. I have a passion for helping people improve their lives through improved communication and relationships. Well-intentioned interactions can often lead to unnecessary stress in our lives. So I want to give people knowledge and empower them to communicate effectively and confidently.

The session aims are as follows:
- To be confident in communicating your needs and wants, whilst respecting others.
-Reduce resentment that can build up as a result of ignoring our own wants and needs and prioritising other peoples.
