About Pamela
I’m super excited to help you out to learn and excel in English! As a former nurse and a current business professional, I have a caring and compassionate demeanor and always want to coach and help you to your success. I have a long history of working as a tutor and mentor for students from kindergarten through college, so I am comfortable and confident working with any age! Hello! I’m happy to provide my experience as a native English speaker! I have a Bachelors in Nursing and a Masters in Sports Administration. Throughout college I had a strong academic presence and did very well, receiving many academic awards. My teaching style is very collaborative, meeting the student where they are at and following their own pace. I want every student to succeed, but I understand that each student is unique in their speed and learning style. I take the time to get to know a student and their family so I can get a clear picture of where they are at, areas to grow in, and how best to tailor my teaching to be individualized to the learner.
