About Kevin
My name is Kevin, and I'm a conflict coach and mediator. Day to day, I work with clients across the world (in the UK, US, Kenya and South Africa) to help them achieve their goals. I have more than two decades of senior leadership experience in procurement, contracting, negotiation, dispute avoidance and alternative dispute resolution in Africa, the UK and Europe. My experience is across international development, private sector, public sector, and in consultancy. Do you have a problem with a co-worker, another business person, neighbor or friend? Is the situation and what they’re doing, annoying the heck out of you? Maybe it’s been going on for weeks, months or years? Do you want to sort it out with them as respectfully and cordially and as quickly as possible?…without making the situation worse? Maybe you already have an idea or two on how to approach it, or maybe you don’t…and you want a plan. Conflict coaching is for you. Conflict Coaching is firstly about us working together to understand where you’re coming from, then secondly, understanding where the other co-worker, business person, neighbor or friend is coming from. Then, thirdly, us both agreeing some actions that you can take to improve things. All Strictly Private and Confidential. Conflict Coaching is: 4 x 90 minute sessions, on a 121 basis with me. On Zoom, over 4 to 8 weeks. Get a rolling Action-Plan for you to implement, test and iterate. I'm an Executive Coach - University of Stellenbosch. CEDR (UK) Accredited. CMC (UK) Accredited. Trustee - Alternatives to Violence Britain (AVP-Britain). Chartered Institute of Directors (IOD).

Perfect! Kevin is an awesome negotiation coach! He is very knowledgable about his area of expertise, and is also great at breaking complex concepts and making this area of study approachable. I would definitely recommend working with him for any contract negotiation, business dispute, or just general negotiation lessons for those interested in developing that skill. I can't recommend working with him enough!
