About Daniel
My name is Daniel and I am a university student studying Commerce and Actuarial Science. Throughout my time at high school I have experienced both sides of tutoring: being the tutor and being tutored. As such, I understand both perspectives. A good tutor can make such a huge difference in how much you not just understand, but also enjoy a subject. Whether it be an increase in enjoyment or just a few extra marks, a success for you is a success for me.

In year 12 I began private tutoring for year 10 chemistry. I wasn't sure if it would be something I pursue in the future. But this experience made me passionate about tutoring, helping students achieve their goals. While developing this passion I also developed my own style of tutoring. I believe that one style does not fit all when it comes to tutoring. Throughout my year as a tutor, I challenged myself to tailor my lessons to my student's needs. If they were not feeling confident about something, I wouldn't rush ahead. Instead, using the lesson to slowly develop knowledge and ensure that they will not be overwhelmed. My lessons are $35/hour, with hour long sessions. However, I am open to longer sessions. My lessons are for VCE Unit 1/2 and Unit 3/4 Economics and Legal Studies students.
