I have played Volleyball since the late 1990s and early 2000s and received a collegiate scholarship for my skills. I became a Volleyball coach 10 years ago and have won 2 championships. I will help your player(s) embody the mind, body, and skills to be a top competing volleyball player. We start off with stretching, discussions/affirmations, then focus on the skills you want to increase or just learn how to play volleyball. We will end with stretching. I work with beginners as well as advanced players. Lessons are based on and around you and your goals.
