About Emily
I have taken creative writing and advanced English courses since middle school, and have written many of my own stories and essays that received high praise for their conciseness and in-depth detailing. I love helping others in this subject, and I'm confident all it takes is a little push to help others flourish in language arts! I'm very patient and understanding, as I know that developing good skills in reading and writing takes lots of work and encouragement!

I work with students to read, analyze and write responses for reading passages; assist students with grammar and spelling, as well as the correct formatting for assignments; review and offer feedback on responses to better develop their English writing and reading skills. I generally work with late elementary to early high school, but can also assist any upperclassmen with more detailed essays, including offering feedback to any college essay applications.
