As a tutor, my approach is centered around understanding each student's unique learning style and adapting my methods to meet their needs. A typical lesson plan: 5 to 10 minute Warm-up activity I start with a quick review or exercise that activates prior knowledge related to the topic. 10-15 minutes Introduction to New Topic I introduce the day’s concept through interactive explanations, ensuring students are engaged and asking questions. 15-20 minutes Guided Practice We work through problems together, allowing students to apply what they have just learned with my support. 15-20 minutes Independent Practice I assign exercises for students to complete on their own, encouraging them to think critically and work through challenges. 10-15 minutes Review and Reflection We conclude by discussing what was learned, addressing any uncertainties, and summarizing key points.
