About Sophia
I am a History and Art History major at Colgate University with 5+ years of experience tutoring (Math, Social Studies, History, Science) and teaching English as a second language (ESL). I have previously worked as the Head of Early Learning at Kumon and as an Assistant Teacher in a program designed for children with dyslexia, which utilized basic linguistic theory. With a 4.0 in my major, I have developed strong skills for how to excel on EVERY exam & paper, which I can teach so that you will be able to succeed independently, whether it is -getting into the REACH college of your choice -maintaining a high GPA -Scoring 5s on the AP Exams
