I'm a student, currently studying B Sc Mathematics in Loyola College, Chennai. I have been good at academics throughout my school life I have helped my peers out with their academics hence I feel that I am qualified to teach a student well.

My teaching style does not include rote learning and although it might be slightly slower it will definitely be more beneficial in the long run.
I prefer teaching physics and mathematics to classes 8 through 10 for the Indian curriculum (CBSE or ICSE) but I am ready to teach mathematics to a class 11 student too.
I can speak in English, Hindi, Bengali and Tamil so I will be able to explain to the student if they are comfortable in one of the aforementioned languages.
I emphasize on understanding the subject rather than memorizing formulae. In my teaching method, I teach not just formulae and their applications but also their derivation, implications.
Doing this helps the student understand the concept much clearer and it will be very hard to forget something you have learnt in this way.
